We want Send This, Not That to genuinely help. If it doesn’t, you’re covered. Reach out within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll refund you in full. No awkward questions.

How to request a refund

1. Visit our Contact Us page within 30 days of your purchase date.
2. Include your order number (it’s in your confirmation email) and the email address you used at checkout.
3. If you’d like, tell us briefly what didn’t work for you. It’s optional, but it helps us improve the pack.

We’ll reply within 2 business days to confirm your refund.

When you’ll get your money back

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once we’ve processed your refund, it usually appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Digital products

Because our products are instant digital downloads, there’s nothing to send back. Once a refund is issued, we ask that you delete your copy of the files.

Add-ons

Add-ons bought with your order, such as The Back Pack, are covered by the same 30-day guarantee. You can request a refund for the main product, the add-on, or both.

Problems with your download

If your file didn’t arrive, won’t open, or the links aren’t working, check your spam or promotions folder first, as delivery emails sometimes land there. Still can’t find it? Contact us and we’ll send you a fresh copy right away.

Your rights

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
